Softball Game Preview: New Hope-Solebury Lions vs. Council Rock North Indians

The New Hope-Solebury Lions will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on the Council Rock North Indians at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Things were looking good for New Hope-Solebury after they put the first points on the board on Friday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of Central Bucks East by a score of 5-4.

New Hope-Solebury saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mabel Klossner, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run, two stolen bases, and two runs.

Meanwhile, Council Rock North didn't have quite enough to beat Interboro on Friday and fell 2-1.

New Hope-Solebury's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Council Rock North, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
