Rye Country Day entered their tilt with Greens Farms Academy on Wednesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over the Dragons. That eight run margin sets a new team best for the Wildcats this season.

Chris Emmet was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with five RBI, one stolen base, and one double. That double was his first of the season. Jackson Koslow was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.

Rye Country Day's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-2. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Greens Farms Academy, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
