Baseball Preview: Thomasville Bulldogs vs. East Davidson Golden Eagles
Thomasville is 0-10 against East Davidson since March of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will venture away from home to challenge the Golden Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Thomasville comes in on three and East Davidson on seven.
On Monday, it was close, but Thomasville sidestepped Salisbury for a 6-5 win. That's two games straight that the Bulldogs have won by just one run.
Travail Barnes made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

In other batting news, Thomasville let Mkyel Duncan and Luis Bejarano Sosa run wild. Duncan scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3, while Bejarano Sosa scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-4.
