Soccer Game Preview: Del Lago Academy vs. Bishop's

The Del Lago Academy Firebirds will venture away from home to face off against the Bishop's Knights at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Del Lago Academy is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Ramona just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Friday. They lost 5-2 to the Bulldogs. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Del Lago Academy couldn't quite close it out.

Meanwhile, Bishop's managed to keep up with La Jolla Country Day until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Knights came up short against the Torreys, falling 5-2.

Bishop's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-2. As for Del Lago Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3-1.
