It was a good run, but Ambassador Christian School unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Carmel Christian Cougars, falling 12-3.

Jacson Taplin made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two RBI, one run, and one double. Marek Romano was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Ambassador Christian School's loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Carmel Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-10-2 record this season.

Ambassador Christian School will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Grace Academy at 4:00 p.m. on May 9. As for Carmel Christian, they will challenge Rabun Gap-Nacoochee at 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
