Volleyball Recap: Overton Wins Going Away Against Whites Creek

Overton's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Whites Creek Cobras with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Overton took every set by at least 15 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-10, 25-10.

Overton's victory bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Whites Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

Overton has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Cane Ridge on the 2nd. Whites Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
