Basketball Recap: York Prep Takes a Loss

They were outmatched by the Andrew Jackson Volunteers and fell 84-11. The Patriots were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 52-5.

York Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Andrew Jackson, their victory was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-2.

York Prep won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Queen's Grant at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Queen's Grant will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something York Prep surely won't give up without a fight. As for Andrew Jackson, they will face off against Buford at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
