Football Recap: Rickards Takes a Loss

Rickards fell victim to Suwannee and their airtight defense on Thursday. They took a 6-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Suwannee Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Raiders of the 18-6 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Rickards' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Suwannee, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rickards will square off against Jefferson County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Suwannee, they will head out to face off against Bradford at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
