Union and Stillwater are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2015, but likely not for long. The Redhawks will challenge the Pioneers at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Union is coming into the match hot, having won their last nine games.

If Union beats Stillwater with two goals on Tuesday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two games with that exact score. The Redhawks sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Piedmont on Thursday. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Union's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma soccer rankings (they are ranked second, while Piedmont are ranked 40th).

Meanwhile, Stillwater kept a clean sheet against Ponca City on Friday. They came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 2-0. That's two games straight that Stillwater have won by exactly two goals.

Stillwater has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-7-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those eight matches. As for Union, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-1.
