Volleyball Recap: Chesterton Makes It Six in a Row on the Road

Chesterton barely beat South Central the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Trojans put the hurt on the Satellites with a sharp 3-0 victory on Wednesday. The win was familiar territory for the Trojans, who have now won three games in a row.

Chesterton never let South Central on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 26-24, 25-18.

Among those leading the charge was Adam LeNeave, who had 11 digs and two aces.

Chesterton pushed their record up to 22-4 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for South Central, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-6.

Chesterton has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Merrillville on the 8th. As for South Central, they will square off against Kankakee Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Satellites are facing the Kougars at the right time seeing as the Kougars are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
