East Central has no trouble against Cromwell

Recap: East Central Eagles vs. Cromwell Cardinals

The East Central Eagles won the last time they faced the Cromwell Cardinals, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Everything went East Central's way against Cromwell as East Central made off with a 67-44 victory. East Central's offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Despite the loss, Cromwell still got an impressive performance from Brady Dahl, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Dahl is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Dylan Nyberg, who scored 14 points.

East Central now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Cromwell, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-2.

East Central will take on Swanville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cromwell, they will head out on the road to face off against South Ridge at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. South Ridge has now lost eight straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 1.
