            The Bartlett Hawks will face off against the Ridgewood Rebels at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Bartlett will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.
On Saturday, Bartlett sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  2-1  victory over Wheaton Academy.

 Vince Yario and  Josh Colaizzi made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound,  Yario   tossed 3.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits. Meanwhile,  Colaizzi   didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out 12 over 7.2 innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in 11 consecutive appearances. At bat,  Yario  went 1-for-5 with one  home run, while  Colaizzi  went 2-for-5 with one  double and one  RBI. Bartlett is undefeated when  Yario posts one or  more  home runs, but 12-13-1 otherwise.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact as  four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Austin Daubenmire, who  went 2-for-5 with one  run and one  double.
 Meanwhile, Ridgewood came up short against  IC Catholic Prep on Wednesday, falling  10-2. The Rebels haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.
 Bartlett pushed their record up to 15-13-1 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  on the road. Those  road  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Ridgewood, their loss dropped their record down to 14-12-1.
