Basketball Recap: Greyhills Academy Takes a Loss

Greyhills Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Hopi Bruins 50-15. The Knights lost against the Bruins in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 86-8 score last time.

Greyhills Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Hopi, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-9.

Greyhills Academy will venture away from home to face off against Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopi has already played their next match (against Round Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
