Basketball Recap: Othello Takes a Loss

Othello was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were beaten by the Prosser Mustangs 96-14. The contest marked the Huskies' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Othello's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Prosser, they pushed their record up to 12-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coming up, Othello and Quincy will face off at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. The Huskies will be up against the Jackrabbits' rather soft defense (which has allowed 67.27 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
