Volleyball Recap: Atlantic Christian Now 7-1 over Last Eight Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against King's Academy, Atlantic Christian was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the American Heritage Stallions. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

The win didn't come easy: American Heritage scored at least 20 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-22, 22-25, 25-21.

Atlantic Christian found their leader in sophomore Nicolas Ramos, who had 11 digs.

Atlantic Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season. As for American Heritage, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-5.

Atlantic Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Lake Worth Christian on the 15th. As for American Heritage, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Palm Beach Gardens on the 15th.
