Soccer Recap: St. Ignatius Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, St. Ignatius was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons could gain the upper hand on Saturday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

St. Ignatius' goal came courtesy of Bryce Ince-Lovelace, who's now up to six this season.

With that draw, St. Ignatius' record moves to 11-0-1. Meanwhile, Our Lady of Good Counsel's record is now 2-3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Ignatius will challenge St. Edward at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Our Lady of Good Counsel, they will square off against St. Mary's Ryken at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
