Softball Recap: Eastmont Wildcats vs. Sunnyside Grizzlies
While Eastmont's victory against Sunnyside wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wildcats narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Grizzlies 4-2. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Brittany Howe made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
In other batting news, Elizabeth Heinz was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one RBI. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high.
