Volleyball Recap: Red Rock Central Puts Losing Streak Behind Them + How To Watch

Red Rock Central's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Edgerton Flying Dutchmen 3-2. The win was some much needed relief for the Falcons as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

Red Rock Central had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 12-25, 19-25, 26-24, 27-25, 18-16.

Red Rock Central was led to victory by Amelia Ubl and Keena Kosel. Ubl had 13 digs, while Kosel had 11 digs. That's the most digs Kosel has posted since back in October of 2024.

Red Rock Central picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 2-9. As for Edgerton, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-7-1.

As for Edgerton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Westbrook-Walnut Grove on the 18th.
