Soccer Recap: Battle Mountain Takes a Loss

Battle Mountain lost against Denver East back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Battle Mountain Huskies lost 5-0 to the Denver East Angels. The loss was the Huskies' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Battle Mountain fell to 1-1-1. As for Denver East, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Looking ahead, Battle Mountain will challenge Glenwood Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. This will be Battle Mountain's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Denver East, they will take on Pine Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
