Basketball Recap: Seminole County Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Kamauri Johnson and Zach King

Seminole County lost against Early County two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Seminole County Indians fell just short of the Early County Bobcats by a score of 56-54.

Seminole County's loss came despite strong showings from Zach King and Kamauri Johnson. King posted 18 points along with six rebounds and four steals, while Johnson dropped a double-double with 17 points and 12 boards. Johnson's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points. Demarion Moore was another key player, putting up five points and three steals.

Seminole County's defeat dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Early County, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Seminole County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Early County, they have already played their next matchup, a 55-44 loss against Calhoun County on the 13th.
