Stewarts Creek lost to Wilson Central back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Stewarts Creek Red Hawks came out on top against the Wilson Central Wildcats by a score of 60-48. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Hawks.

Despite the loss, Wilson Central saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Brylee Fly went 6 of 11 on her way to 18 points. That's the most points Fly has posted since back in November of 2024. Kylie Moss was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Stewarts Creek's win bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Wilson Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-11.

Stewarts Creek and Wilson Central should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Tennessee Rankings. Stewarts Creek will challenge LaVergne at 6:00 p.m. on Friday up 221 places (73 vs. 294). Meanwhile, Wilson Central (ranked 133rd) will meet Smyrna (ranked 288th) at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
