Brookstone won the last time they faced Lee County and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cougars came out on top against the Trojans by a score of 2-0.

While Brookstone won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-22.

Brookstone is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. As for Lee County, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, Brookstone and Lee County will both be playing Colquitt County the next time they take the court. The Cougars will host the Packers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Trojans will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
