Ansley/Litchfield won the last time they faced Mullen and things went their way on Saturday too. The Spartans came out on top against the Broncos by a score of 2-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Ansley/Litchfield took both sets by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-11.

Asia Lyon paced Ansley/Litchfield's offense, picking up 12 kills. Lyon got some help from Caydence Feldman and her 20 assists. Feldman was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Ansley/Litchfield's record now sits at 16-3. As for Mullen, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-4.

Looking ahead, Ansley/Litchfield will challenge South Loup on Tuesday. Ansley/Litchfield is facing South Loup at the right time seeing as South Loup is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Mullen, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Burwell on the 27th.
