Eastwood had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the seven-goal drubbing they dealt Old Fort on Friday. The Eagles put the hurt on the Stockaders with a sharp 8-1 victory. It was an even better day for Cody Lutz as he scored three goals for his team.

Eastwood now has a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Eastwood will head out to challenge Oak Harbor at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Old Fort, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Perkins at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The matchup will give Old Fort their first taste of in-conference action this season.
