Baseball Preview: Parkland Trojans vs. Freedom Patriots
The Parkland Trojans will challenge the Freedom Patriots at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Parkland is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Tuesday. Everything went their way against William Allen as Parkland made off with an 8-2 victory.

Nathan Unger made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with three RBI.
