Basketball Recap: Midtown Gets the Win

The Midtown Knights didn't have too much breathing room in their game against the South Paulding Spartans on Saturday, but they still walked away with a 71-67 victory.

Darrion Hadley continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 29 points. His big performance that afternoon made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. Lawrence Barreau was another key player, posting 14 points.

Midtown now has a winning record of 7-6. As for South Paulding, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-3.

Midtown has already played their next matchup, a 75-48 win against Drew on the 6th. As for South Paulding, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 85-40 victory against Rome on the 6th.
