St. John's S had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They enjoyed a cozy 52-35 victory over Legacy Christian Academy two weeks ago. The win was just what St. John's S needed coming off of a 73-45 loss in their prior contest.
Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Shenandoah Valley Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of Wakefield School by a score of 48-46. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss Shenandoah Valley Academy has suffered yet this season.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Jonothan Pelote, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 13 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Joseph Pelote was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 14 rebounds and ten steals.
St. John's S's win bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Shenandoah Valley Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.
