Basketball Game Preview: Hayden Lobos vs. Ray Bearcats

Hayden and Ray are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2017, but not for long. The Lobos will take on the Bearcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hayden is coming into the game hot, having won their last nine games.

Hayden will bounce into Tuesday's matchup after beating Cicero Prep Academy, who they had gone 1-7 against in their eight prior meetings. The Lobos snuck past the Centurions with a 62-57 win on Friday.

Meanwhile, Ray blew past San Manuel, posting a 67-36 victory. The Bearcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.

Ray's win bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Hayden, their victory bumped their record up to 17-5.

Everything came up roses for Hayden against Ray when the teams last played two weeks ago, as the team secured a 75-34 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lobos since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
