Baseball Recap: Pisgah Comes Up Short

After flying high against Madison on Wednesday, Pisgah came back down to earth. The Bears fell just short of the West Lincoln Rebels by a score of 3-2 on Thursday.

Pisgah's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for West Lincoln, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pisgah will square off against North Henderson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Lincoln, they will take on Lincolnton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
