East Stroudsburg South hasn't had much luck against Liberty recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. East Stroudsburg South's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on May 2nd. They were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over East Stroudsburg North. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Cavaliers considering their two-run performance the contest before.
Aaron Kasperski made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out eight over five innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.
