Soccer Recap: Cholla Comes Up Short

Cholla lost against Tucson High Magnet School back in January of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cholla Chargers lost 8-0 to the Tucson High Magnet School Badgers.

Cholla has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season. As for Tucson High Magnet School, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4-1.

Cholla wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Sabino on the 3rd. As for Tucson High Magnet School, they will face off against Salpointe Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Salpointe Catholic knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Tucson High Magnet School likes a good challenge.
