Softball Recap: Broadalbin-Perth Patriots vs. Amsterdam Rams

Everything went their way against the Amsterdam Rams as the Broadalbin-Perth Patriots made off with a 7-1 win. This was a revenge game for Broadalbin-Perth, as the team was forced to settle for a 3-1 loss when these two played last Tuesday.

Adrianna Smith spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered one run (which was unearned) on four hits and racked up 11 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive pitching appearances.
