Softball Game Preview: Robinson Knights vs. Leto Falcons

After both having extra time off, the Robinson Knights and the Leto Falcons will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Robinson and four for Leto.

Last Thursday, Robinson came up short against Wharton and fell 10-7.

Cheyenne Crump made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. That run marked the first that she scored this season.

Meanwhile, Leto came up short against Spoto last Thursday, falling 11-4.

Nadia Vega was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one home run, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Robinson's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Leto, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Robinson took their win against Leto in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 35-0. Does Robinson have another victory up their sleeve, or will Leto turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
