Soccer Recap: Lordstown Comes Up Short

Lordstown lost against Liberty back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Red Devils took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Leopards. That's two games in a row now that Lordstown have lost by exactly two goals.

Lordstown now has a losing record of 1-2.

Lordstown didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 6-1 loss against Grand Valley on the 21st. As for Liberty, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against LaBrae at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. This will be Liberty's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
