Baseball Recap: Greenwood Christian Academy Cougars vs. Jay County Patriots
Greenwood Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell just short of the Jay County Patriots by a score of 9-8.
Will Simons and Colton Flint did some serious damage despite the final result: Simons scored a run and stole three bases while going 1-for-3, while Flint went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI. Wyatt Schlageter was another key contributor, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4.
