Football Recap: Orem Skates Past Maple Mountain with Ease

While Orem put up plenty of points on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Maple Mountain. The Tigers blew past the Golden Eagles 37-0. Considering the Tigers have won six matchups by more than 29 points this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Orem's defense and their five sacks. That dominant display was truly a team effort as five different players picked up one apiece.

Orem's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.0 points over those games. As for Maple Mountain, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
