Volleyball Game Preview: Hatton/Northwood Thunder vs. Cavalier Tornadoes

The Hatton/Northwood Thunder will head out to take on the Cavalier Tornadoes at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Hatton/Northwood is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Hillsboro/Central Valley just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Monday. They came up short against the H-CV Burros, falling 3-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Meanwhile, Cavalier entered their tilt with Midway/Minto on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 3-1.

Cavalier's win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Hatton/Northwood, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.

Hatton/Northwood couldn't quite get it done against Cavalier when the teams last played two weeks ago as they fell 3-1. Can the Thunder avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
