Basketball Recap: Argonia Comes Up Short

Argonia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Cunningham Wildcats and fell 77-37. The game marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Argonia's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 0-5. As for Cunningham, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Argonia will take on South Barber in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Cunningham, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Canton-Galva on January 3, 2025.
