Volleyball Recap: Edgerton Beats Evansville for Their Third Straight Win

Edgerton had won two straight games and Piper Precourt did her part to make it three on Tuesday. Everything went the Crimson Tide's way against the Evansville Blue Devils as they made off with a 3-0 victory thanks in part to Precourt, who had six digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Edgerton was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-7, 25-11.

Edgerton's win bumped their record up to 28-8. As for Evansville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.

Edgerton has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Clinton on the 9th. As for Evansville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Big Foot on the 9th.
