Preview: Eastern View vs. Spotsylvania
If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Eastern View. They will take on Spotsylvania at home at 7:00 PM on Friday. Spotsylvania will need to watch out since Eastern View have now posted big point totals in their last five contests.
Last Friday, Eastern View put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season. They blew past Courtland 42-13. That looming 29-point mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Eastern View yet.
Meanwhile, if Spotsylvania were riding high off their 34-7 takedown of Orange County two weeks ago, that ride came to an abrupt end. Spotsylvania took a 10-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of Culpeper County.
Everything came up roses for Eastern View against Spotsylvania the last time the two teams met as the squad secured a 51-11 victory. Will Eastern View repeat their success, or does Spotsylvania have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
