Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Field Kindley). They came out on top against the Parsons Vikings by a score of 75-63 on Friday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Golden Tornado with their most commanding win of the season.

Field Kindley pushed their record up to 3-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.0 points per game. As for Parsons, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Field Kindley will venture away from home to take on Chanute at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Parsons, they will head out to face off against Independence at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Parsons knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Independence likes a good challenge.
