Helena faced Tuscaloosa County in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. Helena fell just short of Tuscaloosa County by a score of 4-2. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Huskies couldn't push the score so high this time.

Helena's loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Tuscaloosa County, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 18-9.
