Soccer Recap: O'Dea Comes Up Short

O'Dea was the 5-1 winner over Lakeside when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Fighting Irish fell just short of the Lions by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday.

O'Dea's loss dropped their record down to 4-6-3. As for Lakeside, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-7-2.

Looking ahead, O'Dea will welcome Garfield at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lakeside, they will venture away from home to square off against Seattle Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Seattle Prep's last five games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
