Softball Recap: United Takes a Loss

United came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 10-3 to the Jackson-Milton Bluejays. The Golden Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bluejays apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2023.

United's loss dropped their record down to 16-6. As for Jackson-Milton, their win bumped their record up to 10-7.

United has already played their next match (against Carrollton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Jackson-Milton, they will venture away from home to take on Chalker at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bluejays will need to watch out since the Wildcats have now posted at least ten runs in their last three contests.
