Softball Recap: Cashmere Takes a Loss

Cashmere was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 26-11 to the College Place Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-2 on Saturday.

Cashmere's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for College Place, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cashmere will face off against Zillah at 3:00 p.m. on April 8. After both having extra time off, College Place and Royal will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 3:00 p.m. on April 15.
