Basketball Recap: Libby Comes Up Short

Libby lost to Bigfork back in February of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Loggers were dealt a 50-12 loss at the hands of the Vikings & Valkyries. The matchup marked the Loggers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Libby and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for Bigfork, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Libby is set to challenge their familiar foe Columbia Falls at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Bigfork will take on rival Polson at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
