Basketball Recap: Loomis Wolves vs. Bertrand Vikings
Loomis is still winless after their game against Bertrand on Saturday, but the team can take solace in the fact it was the closest they've come to winning. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 62-60 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bertrand Vikings. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February.

Several Wolves players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ben Trompke, who went 9 of 14 on his way to 24 points.
