Sugar-Salem had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Timberlake Tigers on Friday as the Sugar-Salem Diggers made off with  a  47-21 win. The Diggers'  victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet  this season.
 Leading Sugar-Salem to victory were  Ashlyn Harris and  Andee Petterson.  Harris  dropped  a double-double with 14 points and ten  boards, while  Petterson  on her way to 14  points and five  assists. Thanks to that strong game,  Petterson now owns an excellent 40.4%  three-point shooting accuracy. Another player making a difference was  Monika Nead, who  posted seven points in addition to five  rebounds and three  steals.
Sugar-Salem's win bumped their record up to 25-0. As for Timberlake, their loss dropped their record down to 20-4.
 Sugar-Salem didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  game,  a  47-41  victory against Bear Lake on the 22nd. As for Timberlake, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  match,  a  39-33  win against South Fremont on the 22nd.
