Volleyball Recap: Seymour Gets the Win

The Seymour Indians earned a 2-0 win over the Illinois School for the Deaf Tigers on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Seymour took both sets by at least 18 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 25-7.

Madison Bingaman paced Seymour's offense, picking up four kills. Bingaman got some help from Tori Hugenberg and her six assists. Lexi Window controlled things from the service line, finishing with ten aces.

The victory got Seymour back to even at 9-9. As for Illinois School for the Deaf, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Seymour wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Routt Catholic on the 24th. As for Illinois School for the Deaf, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Westfair Christian on the 25th.
