Volleyball Recap: Elyria Christian Find Success

Elyria Christian's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Fairfield Falcons. The victory continues a trend for Elyria Christian in their matchups with Fairfield: they've now won six in a row.

Elyria Christian easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-21.

Joy Pyle paced Elyria Christian's offense, picking up nine kills. Pyle got some help from Laney Reiff and her 17 assists.

Elyria Christian's win bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Fairfield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-12.
